Thank you for your interest in South Valley Leadership Academy (SVLA). Please read the mission statement and "Is SVLA for my family?" documents on the homepage of our website. If you feel like SVLA is a good fit for your family, please fill out the following form and our Parent Representative will get back to you to setup a new member interview with you and your children who want to attend.

**Note: we only accept new families before a new semester starts. New Family registration is open in May for Fall Semester and November for Spring Semester.
